JEZ CLARK, CEO - EDEN SMITH GROUP

Co-founder and CEO of Eden Smith Group, data consulting and staffing company in London. Jez comes with over twenty years’ experience in providing talent and workforce solutions for technology across Europe. Incorporating Eden Smith Group in February 2016 with business partner Matt to specialise in consulting and staffing solutions for data. The company has seen fast growth, recently quoted by Raconteur in the Times newspaper as having a “revolutionary business model”. Today the group offers full end to end solutions for data, supported by a specialist eco-system of partners.

TIM CRITCHLEY - CEO, SEMAFONE

Tim has been the CEO of Semafone since 2009 and has led the company from a UK start up to an international business that spans five continents. He has helped secure Series A and Series B rounds of funding from various investor groups including the BGF and Octopus. Under his leadership, the company has secured global partnerships and won clients that span a range of industry sectors including major brands such as AXA, BT, Capita, Harley Davidson, Next, Rogers Communications, Santander and Sky. Prior to joining Semafone, Tim was COO at KnowledgePool Group, the UK’s leading provider of managed learning services where he helped complete a successful turnaround in 3 years. Tim graduated from the London School of Economics and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

DARYN EDGAR - VP, DIGITAL ADVISORY, EMEA, SAP

Daryn is an energetic executive whose career in the international technology sector has been developed within global enterprises as well as emerging businesses and key industries.  As an active board member, startup mentor and angel investor, Daryn is skilled at building relationships to produce value and influence direction. Commercially driven with turnaround and acquisition experience, Daryn excels at developing teams within a culture of trust and inspiration.  Recognised by ComputerWeekly’s Most Influential Women in UK IT, Daryn speaks on a range of topics in digital technology, business development and diversity.

SCOTT EIVERS, SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER AND HEAD OF EMEA ANALYTICS - GARTNER

Scott Eivers leads Gartner Consulting’s EMEA business analysis unit enabling clients with insights and strategic decision making through the power of advanced analytics. Scott has over 15 years of experience at the forefront of leading technology change. Scott and his team have particular focuses at enabling business performance acceleration through greater customer, market, competitor and technology insights. Scott is also responsible for all advisory support across on the industry on investment activities including mergers and acquisitions.

SIMON GOODMAN, HEAD OF PROGRAMME AND PROJECT SERVICES - NETWORK RAIL

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in Enterprise IT working at senior levels across IT operations, strategy and delivery.  As a member of the IT executive at Network Rail Simon has been instrumental in leading and delivering large multi £m technological changes.  Simon’s leadership has helped elevate the importance of IT, bringing together both business communities, as well as traditional back office IT with front line engineering operational technology.

As an inclusive leader, Simon is passionate about creating positive and effective working environments for his teams to thrive within, using challenging and supportive styles to reach high performing team status.

DAVID IVELL, CIO/CTO - GOOD ENERGY

David is a pioneer for technology creating positive social and environmental change. Holding roles as CIO, CTO and CDO in companies that include IBM, Credit Suisse, British Film Institute, RBG Kew and the Prince’s Trust. In his current role at Good Energy David’s focus is introducing rapid innovation to create clean energy powered by nature.

ANDREW PALMER, EMEA DIGITAL INNOVATION ALLIANCES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY LEADER - ORACLE

Andrew is currently responsible for Oracle’s Digital Transformational and Innovation GTM partner program and strategy across EMEA. Targeting existing Digital Transformational influencers and partners that drive customer centric, incremental business outcomes delivered on Oracle’s cloud. Leveraging both Digital SIs and Agencies is a unique opportunity for driving the broadest innovation that challenges an industries existing status quo.

DANIELLE RAMSBOTTOM, DIRECTOR CLIENT MANAGEMENT EMEA - FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP

Danielle Ramsbottom is a director at Frank Recruitment Group, the global leaders in niche technology recruitment. As EMEA Head of Client Management, Danielle is responsible for the Group’s partnerships with organisations that are pioneering technology change across Europe.  Danielle is also Frank Recruitment Group’s Head of Diversity and Inclusion, leading group-wide initiatives to grow the technology talent pool and working with businesses to create a more diverse workforce.

With 18 years’ experience in IT recruitment and a specialist focus on technology within the financial industry, Danielle has lead global teams to success in emerging technology markets. She holds a BA in Spanish, French and European Business.
